Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling and Cancellations Scheduling: Appointments should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Cancellations: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a fee and possible restrictions on future bookings. 2. Payments and Deposits Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking, applied toward the final cost. Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment options. Late Payments: Invoices not settled within 7 days may incur a late fee. 3. Service Changes and Modifications Additional Services: If additional services are requested, please inform us in advance so we can adjust your appointment time and fees accordingly. Modifications: Service changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments based on availability.
