No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a fee and possible restrictions on future bookings.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking, applied toward the final cost.
Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment options.
Late Payments: Invoices not settled within 7 days may incur a late fee.
3. Service Changes and Modifications
Additional Services: If additional services are requested, please inform us in advance so we can adjust your appointment time and fees accordingly.
Modifications: Service changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments based on availability.

Client Responsibilities: Please ensure safe access to the property and inform us of any potential health or safety risks.
Team Safety: Our cleaning team adheres to high standards of hygiene and safety, including using protective gear and sanitized equipment.
Illnesses: If anyone in the household is experiencing contagious illness symptoms, please reschedule for the safety of our team.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver top-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address any issues promptly.
